Trickster

Trickster is a monthly Arts Salon dedicated to community, creativity and openness. We provide a traveling club house for artists, seekers, thinkers and players to engage in playful and genuine discourse; and work to connect and empower artists and art lovers of all mediums.

Mission

Each Trickster event is grounded in the notion that there are few things more important and empowering (not to mention fun!) in life than a direct relationship with creativity and art.

Whether it comes through the act of painting, dancing, sculpting, singing, or decorating ones body and manipulating ones image, art is the expression of our truest selves. In art, anything is possible.

When one person creates a work of art, s/he gives the world a piece of his/her highest potential.

When we gather in groups in the name of art we are laying the groundwork for who we can become as a community. Together, through imagination, inspiration, and creative interaction, we can change how we relate to each other, how we perceive our roles in the world, how we define what is “real” and begin to investigate what is possible.

Each Trickster event is is a call to arms. We have no choice left but to conquer our fears and insecurities, we must trust our inner optimist, we have to encourage each other, support each other, and become great TOGETHER.
